airport. Transfer to the hotel.

Early in the morning, flight
to Timbuktu : visit of the city, the mosque, the Ahmed
Baba Centre.
In the afternoon, camel ride to a Tuareg encampment. Dinner
in the encampment with Tuareg show. Back to the hotel for the
night. |
| Day 3 : |
Early in the morning, flight
to Mopti. On arrival, tranfer to a 4WD
and drive to Dogon Land.
Visit of Songho, the village of circumcision. Visits of the
villages of Banani and Ireli. Arrival at Sangha at the end
of the day and visits of Ogol-le-haut and Ogol-le-bas, the
two parts of Sangha.

Drive to Djenne.
Visit of the City : the Mosque, Koranic schools and houses
of Sudanese architecture.
After lunch, drive back to Mopti. Visit of the city : the Harbour,
the Mosque, the Handicraft Market.

Early in the morning,
drive to Bamako, via Segu.
Dinner and overnight at the hotel. |

Leave Mali for
Guinea Conakry. Drive to Kankan. View of the Northern villages
and their architecture.
Visit of Kankan market and Cheick Fantamady's tomb.
Dinner and overnight at the hotel. |

Drive to Mamou
via Dabola. Visit of the Kindoye Falls (natural swimming-pool),
the cave of the Sawamba Hil, the natural garden of Diguilin.
Dinner and overnight at the hotel. |
| Day 8 : |
Drive to Labe via the Falls
of Konkoure. Visit of the Sala Falls and the Sorekali Falls.
Dinner and overnight at the hotel. |

Day around Labe.
Visit of the source of Gambia river and Senegal river, of the
historical village of Timbo (mosque)
Dinner and overnight at the hotel. |

Drive to Koundara
(Senegal border). On the way, view of various Fulani villages,
and the Badiar Hill. Visit of the Niokolo Badiar Park created
in 1996. Arrival at Koundara at the end of the day.

Drive to Kaolak.

Transfer to the hotel.

Louis. Visit of the Harbour,

Back to Dakar.
Visit of the ancient districts of Dakar. End of day for
leisure.
